Medium-high layer, cherry red colour with violet edges. Aromas of forest fruits ( blackberry, cassis) and light roasted notes, spicy nuances (pepper, fennel) and minerals. On the palate is creamy, elegant with well-integrated acidity and hints of ripe fruit in the retronasal.
